Pls dont believe SriKondoji. Hez known for spreading false rumours and making lame comments thus misleading ppl. He did the same thing on the July 2 Tracker and was booted out. My I140 is pending since 16 May 2007. My employer is not helping much. Employer is not giving his attorney contact number also. After calling millions of times they putted one service request 4 months back but nothing happend. I talked to few attonrnies they told they can only work if your employer signs G28 form for me. But my employer is not even picking my phone. Can I do any thing without my Employer's help?

As far as I remember, I (from California) was able to renew the license by mail. I did not have to go to DMV. So, these issues about I-797/I-94 needed for DL, are they coming up during a new DL or during renewal of license?

People who have been waiting for I-140 approvals from TSC & NSC and those filed during Jun-Aug 07, please join this campaign to make it effective. Unless people who are suffering, actively participate in this campaign, we will not be able to achieve anything. Its still not too late...get those letters (modify to your personal situation) and get those DHS Form 7001 completed and mail them out soon. We need to act now, instead of just expressing our frustration on the forums...fight for yourself, no one will do it for you. If not, USCIS with the idiotic rules, will our petitions still pending even one year from today...for some or other reason.

Its the high time we convince the senators who said NAYS. Lets start SOME KIND OF CAMPAIN aiming these guys. I am sure that core's hands are there behind this amendment. Well done IV. Don't get dissappointed, keep trying for Skill bill or for similar amendments. Its really unfortunate that we lost a very very big chance. Lets do something immediately.

First I called my few freinds in MT, WY and RI. Passed on info them since they are local.
Then I called all of them . Now a days they do not even transfer to the right person who deals with Immigration issues. They just ask for the message and pass on to them .
